Ms. Roma Raina

Assistant Professor,M. TECH. (CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION), D.C.E., UNIVERSITY OF DELHI, Pursuing Ph.D. (JAMIA -MILIA Univ.)

She is working as Asst. Prof. in Institute of Technology & Management. She received her B.Tech degree from REC, Jalandhar (G.N.D.University) in 1994. She has done her M.Tech degree from Delhi College of Engineering, Delhi. Having a teaching experience of 10 years she served with TTTI, Chandigarh from 1994 to 1995.Then she got selected through Punjab public Service Commission for the post of Lecturer. She served Govt. polytechnic, Jalandhar for 3 years and further joined ITM in 1998. She is pursuing Ph.D. in Application of GA in load flow, from Jamia Milia Aslamia. Her areas of specialization are Power Electronics & Instrumentation. She is a Life Member of Indian Society for Electronics Engineers. She has contributed in development of Power electronics lab and EMI lab as well as their lab manuals. She has guided students in Control and instrumentation. She has deep knowledge of genetic algorithm and fuzzy logic.
