Eligibility Criteria for Admission.

The present world demands more professionals and experts in high-end technology, demand and supply equations of human resources need more and more qualified engineers in our country as well as in the whole world. Aiming at the same, ITM started the M.Tech. Programme in various streams.

M.Tech.
(Computer Engineering)

B.E. in CSE/CE/IT/ECE/EI/EE or MCA or M.Sc.(CS,IT, Electronics, Software Engineering, Maths, Statistics,Physics.), with minimum IInd division in aggregate or equivalent (as per MDU guidelines).

B.E. in CSE/CE/IT/ECE/EI/EE or MCA or M.Sc.(CS,IT, Electronics, Software Engineering, Statistics,Physics, OR), with minimum 55% marks in aggregate or equivalent (as per MDU guidelines).

B.E. in Electronics /Instrumentation/ Electronics and Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Electrical & Electronics/Electronics Instrumentation & Control/ Instrumentation & Control/ control Engineering/ Instrumentation/ Mechatronics/ Biomedical or M.Sc. in Physics, Electronics Science, with minimum IInd division in aggregate or equivalent (as per MDU guidelines).

B.E. in Mechanical/ production/ automobile/ mechatronics/ mining/product Design & Development/metallurgy/ with minimum IInd division in aggregate or equivalent (as per MDU guidelines).

B.E. or equivalent in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Aeronautical /Automobile/ Electrical / Electronics/ Computer / Instrumentation Engineering with minimum IInd division in aggregate or equivalent (The eligibility criteria is subject to the approval of MDU).

Note: Admission will be strictly on merit basis as per MDU guide lines. Candidates with the valid GATE score in the respective branches of engineering will be given preference as per MDU guidelines. Candidates expecting their results soon can also apply.
