Dr. M.N. Desmukh

Dr. Desmukh joined ITM in June 2006 as Assistant Professor in the Mechanical engineering Department. Currently he is Associate Professor. He is a first class First Class graduate in Mechanical Engineering and a Post Graduate in Engineering Materials from MANIT Bhopal. He completed his Ph.D. from IIT Delhi in 2006 in the area of Fatigue and Fracture.

Before joining this institute he has served in various engineering institutes in academic and administrative capacities. He has published 10 research publications in national and international Journals and Conferences. He is an expert in Mechanical Testing and has done many consultancy projects for the industry. He has about 8 years of professional experience besides research experience. He is Life member of the Indian Society for Technical Education.
