Associate Professor

Alok Kumar Kushwaha obtained B.Tech. and M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra of Kurukshetra University, Haryana (India) in 1995 and 2000 respectively. He has submitted his Ph.D. in SOI based CMOS Modeling and Simulation in National Institute of Technology, Kurukshetra (India), Deemed University in 2008. During the period 1995-97 he has obtained M.B.A. in Marketing from I.M.S. Kurukshetra, Kurukshetra University.Since 2000, he is in teaching profession. He has been working at Institute of Technology and Management, Gurgaon (India) as Associate Professor since 2000. He has published more than 10 research papers in International/National Journals/Conferences. The areas of his research interest are SOI based MOS devices, CMOS modeling and simulation, VLSI, Analog and digital system design and Nanotechnology.
